# Proxy Error Code

> Proxy error codes from our authentication server or proxy server indicate that there are issues happening when forwarding your requests to the target website.

    |    407 Proxy Authentication Failed   | Authentication fails in the following cases: Not supplying a username and password, and whitelist authentication fails; Incorrect format of the username or password; Correct form of the username and password, but authentication fails. |
    |       441 Insufficient Traffic       |                                                                                                 The traffic is insufficient, need recharge.                                                                                                |
    |       442 Abnormal User Status       |                               This error code indicates that your account information is abnormal. your behavior may automatically trigger our risk control strategy. Please contact us for more information.                              |
    | 446 Block Access From Mainland China |                                                    We are currently unable to service Chinese mainland IPs, and if you encounter this error, you may need to switch your IP using a VPN.                                                   |
    |          476 IP Query Failed         |                                                             A qualified IP can not be filtered based on the specified criteria (geographic location, session sticky duration).                                                             |
    |        496 Incomplete Message        |                                                             Our server received an incomplete request, which may be due to poor network connection, please contact us for help.                                                            |
